1 Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the rrr7 platform and its users. By using the rrr7 website (https://rrr7.lat), creating an account, or accessing any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and play on the rrr7 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. This service is strictly prohibited for minors. rrr7 may request identity verification at any time and reserves the right to close an account if proof cannot be provided.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and associated winnings may be voided. The same action will be taken if multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, or payment method.
2.3 Accurate Information
During registration, you must provide your real name, correct mobile number, and correct date of birth. Providing incorrect information may cause account verification to fail and withdrawals to be held. rrr7 may request additional identity documents at any time.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify rrr7 support immediately.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Payment Methods
rrr7 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions must be completed through these four methods.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
Transactions below the minimum amounts stated above will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal funds generally arrive in your mobile wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required or if there are technical issues with the payment gateway.
3.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites
Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. rrr7 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if verification is incomplete. Additionally, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (details are provided in section 4).
Anti-Money Laundering: rrr7 complies with anti-money laundering policies. Additional documentation may be requested for any suspicious transactions, and relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳14,000 or more → Maximum Bonus ৳10,000 → Total Balance ৳24,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Abuse of bonus policies is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
- Placing risk-free or strategic bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements
- Sharing bonus funds with others
- Obtaining bonuses using false information
If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
4.4 Other Promotions

5 Gameplay & Betting Rules
5.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games and sports betting on rrr7 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Our platform uses software from trusted game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming).
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a software error, disconnection, or any technical issue, rrr7 reserves the right to void the result of that round and refund the wagered amount. rrr7 is not obligated to pay out winnings obtained abnormally as a result of a software bug or error.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

- Collusion or coordinating with other players
- Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
6 VIP Program
The rrr7 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You will be progressively promoted to higher tiers based on your volume and consistency of play. rrr7 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
VIP benefits are determined based on each week's activity. Cashback is added directly to your balance and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.
7 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability
rrr7 provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. rrr7 will not be held liable in the following situations:
- If a game or bet is interrupted due to an internet disconnection
- For delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
- For losses caused by issues with your device or network
